Three Heroes for the Army of the Dead
Long ago, an oath was sworn to Isildur and broken. The King of the Dead remains tied to that failed promise: though his body has crumbled to dust, his spirit endures until his word is honoured. With Aragorn’s arrival, he finally chooses to march against the armies of Mordor, and at last the dead are granted the peace they have sought for so long.
Inside this set, you will find the King of the Dead and two of his lieutenants, the Heralds of the Dead. These three Heroes can each lead a warband of the Dead of Dunharrow, letting you build far larger forces of these spectral warriors for your games. The King of the Dead is a terrifying opponent, capable of striking down even the greatest warrior in a single blow, while the Heralds of the Dead bolster their spectral king.
The plastic kit includes 14 components in total, enough to build three models: the King of the Dead and two Heralds of the Dead. Each one comes with a Citadel 25mm Round Base.
Rules for the King of the Dead can be found in the Armies of The Lord of the Rings.
